No. 5119 - The Deaths on strike meet Hades
Irregular has mentioned Hades the place several times, and even mentioned Hades the person who rules the underworld twice: #1190 and #2757. But this is the time we actually see Hades the person in the comic.

So was Charon in ancient greek pottery. He only started to be depicted as a skeleton later. It took him more than 50 years to decay apparently.
Of course with Hades you have less choice as an artist. Hades really wanted Persephone as his wife, and wanted to have her children – though as far as I know they didn't actually end up having children together – clearly Hades still had fleshy bits for that to work. Charon didn't have a wife that I know of.
